Palacio means 'Palace' in Latin. Monsieur Olivier Jauze, owner of the restaurant, came to Malaysia with a dream of introducing authentic Southern French and Spanish cuisine to Malaysian palates with reasonable pricing. His dream came true in April 2005 with the opening of Palacio Restaurant.
