For the month of August, savour tuna belly! 'O'Toro will be paired with tender Tajima wagyu beef from Hyogo Island, specially prepared by Chef Ricky Kamishii. Also look out for starters to sushi, temppanyaki and shabu shabu, teppanyaki grilled wagyu tenderloin, sirloin and ribeye, with a dash of carpaccio and more. All of which, is best accompanied with sake!
